      :there is only 25 school days left untill the leaving cert and iv hav'nt done a stich of study, only my home work since the start of the year! and now im finding the pressure extreamly hard!/ and i cant seem to sit down and study for longer than a hour or 2. i got a avarge of 40% in all my mock exams..but i was really hoping to get 300 points in the leaving instead of 100!! please help!!/ / / / / /

      start doing the past exam questions and this will focus your mind on the important aspects of the course….do two subjects every night after your normal homework – your favourite subject first nd den ur least favourite. treat the questions like an exam. pick a topic…study it for 15 minutes….close the book….do the exam question for 30 minutes…then THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BIT – PUT THE EXAM QUESTION AWAY TILL TOMORROW and only tomorrow open the book to check your answer because you will remember much more like this….don't get disheartened with your mistakes…it's much better to make them now than in june…u can only learn from ur mistakes….if u make a real hames of a question do it again next week nd u will be shocked at how much btter u will have dun….u should be fine for 300 points plus with ur mock results. it's all about peaking in june and doing the exam questions WITH THE BOOK CLOSED will really make you feel confident in june. sometimes its not the students with the most information who do well in exams but the students who have prepared cleverly. used their 1 or 2 hours most effectively nd exam questions is de best way 2 do this. best of luck. you will be fine /
