      Body temperature is a measure of the bodys ability to generate and get rid of heat. The body is very good at keeping its temperature within a narrow safe range in spite of large variations in temperatures outside the body.

      well it is the same as cold reall y when you go out side and it really cold youre cold and ot is the same as it is when it is warm outside so the answer is yes
